[Resolved] Tata Docomo — REGARDING SPECIAL RECHARGE | |||
Dear sir I SHIAK BAJI BABA using a tata docomo prepaid gsm mobile service. i special recharged with Rs 25 (all std tata to tata 1.2p/3sec and all local tata to tata 1.2p/6sec) on 22/12/12 ( Transaction ID:[protected] ). but when iam called to anyt tata group still charging as normal rates. when i called to docomo customer service they told me that problem wilol be resolved in 3 days but still iam facing same problem, still i called to customer service they told me that we checking your account please be online but waited for 50 minutes but they dont came in line. for this money also dedusted from my account.
