I subscribed the TATAPHOTON plus mobile broadband service from TATADOCOMO. The service was absolutely poor, I took the matter to chief of Gujarat of that organisation but to no avail. He also confirmed over phone that the service is poor at the place I am residing , the problem is still prevailing now.
In the mean time also the tariff was changed but I was not informed and they were busy collecting more money from without informing, Then subsequently when I came to know about this , I requested to stop the service and they changed the tariff plan to current one.
On Feb'13 aroound 20th date I requested over Toll free no to stop the service , The person at the other end told that Ok he will do it and will take 2-3 days.
But in March'13 I got a bill of Rs.501/- which is full months bill, I was surprised and told it to again toll free no to revise it to part monthly till the period I have made request to stop the service but to no avail. Subsequently Everyday I get no of phone calls harasssing me about the bill. I also wrote through listen @ taadocomo regarding the matter but no avail. On April I got another bill Rs. 900/- (approx.). This is the way TATADOCOMO harasses people without stopping the service even on request.
Can you take it up with TATAPHOTON or tell me where to complaint at court directly so that I can get justice I deserve.
