Hi,
I have ported my number [protected] from Vodafone Services to Tata Docomo Services. After using the service for 1 month started getting messages regarding the old service provider bill payment. I have called the team and updated that there is no bill generated yet so asked them to keep that on hold. Vodafone communicated backend as bill not cleared.
My outgoing service has been barred without informing me saying Vodafone communicated bill is not cleared. When I have reached Vodafone Services Center came to know that the bill has not yet been dispatched and generated wrong bill. When I have asked clarification a different story started. The behaviour of the HSR store Manager and Executive not impressive. After an escalation received a call in week day regarding the bill corretion and payment stuff. Due to weekday didn't pay the bill for 2-3 days as I have to walk to a vodafone service center which is very difficulty on normal days.
After clearing my bill approached Vodafone and Tata Docomo both the services simultaniously to release my connection. Tata docomo will react a mail after 8-10 hours and asks for proofs. I have sent the scanned copy of that in JPEG format but here we go again asking me to upload PDF format doc. I have clearly told them that already sent in JPEG format dont ask me different things as your mind set and told them why no communicated previously. Updated team either release my connection with the provided details or else terminate the connection. The team is too good. Terminated my connection within minutes but no outgoing service enabled. Sent bill also... When I am asking them to release the connection no reply...
Vodafone not at all replying after the bill payment.
I dont know what kind of process they run in the backend but my complaints against network service not resolved. They are only running behind the money.
