Tata Docomo — Service Problem | |||
I have purchased a new Tata Docomo Sim Card of Number - [protected]. Which was not even activated. but still i am getting the message "Sim Card not Provisioned MM 2#". I have submitted docs yesterday and i have been getting this issue still. Please resolve this issue as i haven't even used the service yet. your service is very very bad. i dont like your service messages. your customer care officers was very poor and un responsible persons. iam very disappointed to your service

Tata Docomo — Service Problem
Hi,My NO. [protected] . I am in truble from last 6-7 day because of Tata Docomo service
some cricket pack is activated on my no. when and how it activated i dont know but because of that lots ammount is deducted from my balance .
i tried a lot to deactivate but it cant. your customer care no. not connecting i dont know whats the problem
from last 4 days i tried to registor this complaint manually in your service outlate in Nagpur (Add. Ashoke Chouk Nagpur) but there staff is not supportive they had not even few time to hear my complaint . They giving me always same answer that our server is not in working thats why we cant do anything come tomorrow.
Can you tell me what i do next the no. i mentioned is now shut down because of your Nagpur staff
