[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — service stopped without informing, Lost 10 lakhs rupees

You guys have disappointed me big time... What the hell is wrong going on with you people... Do you guys don’t talk to each other??

Yesterday night in process of something my connection go disconnected...

I have called your awesome tele service[protected], where all genius sitting around. I told them what is wrong? They said I have not paid the bill hence my network is disconnected..
Reason for that was my interned did not worked for more than a month. Hence I have requested for bill correction. So that month falls in between of billing date. They said pay half of the money only and later when next billing cycle comes I have to call again and do the rest of the bill correction next billing cycle... I agreed and I paid minimub amount required... which is told by your employee your service guys... I should trust them and I trusted...

Today they said I have not paid money... which is totally insane and not acceptable at all. I was in so urgency that I did not have time to fight with that educated person on phone line... He said after two hour my internet will start functioning...

It did not started... I called again and he said they said I have requested for cancellation request hence my internet is disconnected... THIS IS BIGGEST FRAUD I HAVE GOT FROM ANY COMPANY...

I and myself has lost more than 10 lacks rupees due to your blunder and I could not work for an entire day. I have all necessary proofs and I am surely going to consume court for this biggest fraud ever...

You were the guys who requested me not to cancel the request, please be with us sir.. And after 20 days how can you disconnect my request without informing me. I should have disconnected my connection that time itself. But I trusted you and that was my biggest mistake of my life.

Now I want my connection to work today and if not give me the time when it can be working. I am goiong to fight at any cost with this blunder. And I don’t want to disconnect my service
