Hello I have done a special recharge of RS 6. through online recharge and the transaction is success full but i have not recieved the benefit nor the recharge is being shown in my recharge history in my online account in tata docomo. i called customer care and the system is down for a couple of hours.n hence this complaint !.please look into this and inform me what has happened through call or reply here.
