Tata Docomo — Cheating and threatening customer for wrong reasons
I was a customer of tata docomo (post paid mob no :[protected]) in Bangalore in 2010.I left Bangalore and moved to Mumbai in Sept 2010.After reaching Mumbai , in 1st week of oct I paid the bill for the last month ( ref dated:[protected] PUR/TATA DOCOMO-BILLD/MUMBAI/231010/18:19 590.00 by nettransfer by axis bank )and request customer care for disconnection of mu number and send me the amount to my present number by sms and how to pay it. Again I sent mail to docomo ( see attached pic) stating that pl send me the amount due and stop my connection.But I got the reply from customer care by email( as attached).Further I got no communication for Tata docomo since 8 months.All on a sudden Last day I got the email stating that it is a legal notice and your due is Rs ......".This is just a torture and against human right for any company for this type of activity.
I take your kind attention so that the misuse of power should not be done.Till date I am ready for the due payment as of my sending email to customer care ( dated 23rd oct 2010, As I have no recording of the verbal communication between the customer care and me).
