[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Tata connection - harrassement call to me and my wife

I had tata phone and broadband connection where I was staying in rent. When I moved out, I asked them to disconnect all connection.
Me and my wife is getting fake calls from people claiming to advocate of delhi court or subinspector from delhi police station regarding a tata pending bill 2390/- Rs.
Number of a person claiming to be police: [protected]
number of a person claiming to be advocate: [protected]

I have logged comlaint to tata ( complaint number[protected] but there is no action. Pleae let me know if I should file a police complaint or not.
