I got a sms from docomo on 24th nov , 2012 at 11:18 am stating that " congratulations on your special benefit for full 90 days! enjoy 3gb data, 300 local tata-tata calls for next 90 days. T apply."
Based on the above sms I used data services which costed me extra around rs 12000/- . Earlier I got the same sms on number [protected] last november,2011 and I used the data and I have been not charged for that. But when this time I used have been charged.
I complained above the problem to tata docomo representative and I received the call that I should show the sms to hyderabad customer care, but he closed the complaint without solving the problem. Then I approached the hyderabad customer care situated at khan lateef khan estate again raised the complaint now they barred the outgoing calls and are sayig that they will not rectify the bill and I have to pay full amount to start services. First they were saying that they didnt send any sms, but now saying that they send it but u hav to activate the service by asking the representative.
Please rectify the problem or else I will be forced to switch service Was this information helpful? |
