Tata Docomo — Tata Docomo prepaid activity issue

My Mobile number is [protected] Sim is deactivated against ID PROOF issue, I have already given 3 times in distributor and also in tata dokomo customer service center, but still no action in Tata Dokomo, He is neglect customer and fraud activity. I have recharged 199 and booster value is Rs.66 and initial amount of pack 45. Kindly rectivity the issue. I have suffered lot. Kindly do the needful.
