Respected Sir,
I had applied for a Docomo sim by the name of Archana Singh(my mother) 2 weeks ago,and still i cant make a call from that number,the people in your company say it will take a long time as the sim activation process has changed.So what am I supposed to do?Wait for a month or 2? If there is a problem in the documents submitted they should atleast tell me so that I can make a correction.Did not expect this from a company like Tata Docomo.Kindly solve my problem
