Tata Docomo — UNFAIR BALANCE DEDUCTION, RECHARGED WITH SAME PACK TWICE AND VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE | |
,Sir, I am a user of tata docomo. My mobile
no. is [protected]. I was having rs.127
main balance in my account on
[protected],but after some time i saw that
rs.86 was deducted from my balance and i
didnt received any msg for such deduction. I
tried calling customer care but it was of no
use. After some time I received only one
message that rs43 tata on-net pack has
been activated on my number. Please Note
that the balance was deducted twice but
confiramtion message was received only
once. Why will I activate such pack twice
when i will get the same benefit by
recharging once. The fault is on your side,so
I kindly request you to deactivate the packs
