[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Unnecessarily bill charged

My Name is Amit Kumar. I took Postpad connection of Tata Docomo. I was using 1299 (Unlimited) plan. My mobile number is [protected].

Offered Given to me while taking this number

STD/Local – calling on net unlimited free (in roaming also)
SMS – unlimited free in on net network (in roaming also)
Internet – unlimited free in on net network (in roaming also)

*there are no any hidden charges apart from this. Only service charged will be levied.

This offered introduced to me while taking this service by Tata Docomo office.
I took my Tata Docomo Postpad connection from Mangalore (Karnataka)
Address: No.10 Ground Floor, Manasa Tower, Mg Road, Mangalore,[protected]

Note: Naveen was the person (working in Tata Docomo office), who introduced to me about the above mentioned plan. Mobile No. ([protected])

Description of the issue:

Currently I am in roaming but I am under the Tata Docomo network. Whenever I using my service, it will be under the on-net network.
Two days back I just got the message that you exceeded your credit limit. Hence you service can be disconnected. And I got the message my bill amount is Rs 2600 apx. My due date is 24 Aug but now itself my service is discontinued.
When I am using this service in on-net network so you shouldn't charged to me any extra amount. This month I got Rs 1200 extra in my bill amount. Also my number is disconnected no. currently I lost my contacts and facing the lots of trouble.

Escalation:

When I ask today from customer center, they told me message and internet will be charged in the roaming hence we charged to you.
But why your people are not giving this information while taking the connection. Simply they are making fool to the customer and making trouble to them. I am so much afraid from your service now.

Kindly request to you please do some needful and take some action against this.

Tata Docomo — Messages being charged

Dear Sir,
I've Been a Tata Docomo User for over an year..
I recently heard about Docomo's 3g trial.
I activated 3G trial for seven days by sending 3G LIFE to 53333 about 10 days back.
I had 200 free messages per day before activating 3G trial.
Now, after it has got over, i'm being charged Rs. 0.60 per sms i send.
This is highly unfair as i've not changed any plan in 2G so far.
I request the officials of Tata Docomo to look into this complaint and restore the free messaging service to my mobile:

Docomo — Hidden charges and complaint is accepting

Dear sir/Madam

I have inform the costumer care center several time to stop the caller tune and other call center message and stop. But still they are not taken any step aginst this. Customer care people tell me to send a START DND to 1909 to stop all call center massages. I have send it but still not stop yet. My caller tone also i told them to stop but they are not yet stop it. please tell what do now.


I hope you will be me to find a solution for my complaint.

Tata Docomo — UNNECESSARY BILL CUT

Sir my name is Zothankhuma Khiangte with the number [protected].I am being charged everyday like 5 - 10 times a day for browsing which i did not do.Its been for like 3 months already and had called the customer care atleast 5 times regarding this and i was always told it will be solved..plz kindly deactivate any services which had been activated without my knowledge and i kindly request you to solve my matter..thank you

Please be informed that as per your request VAS service has been deactivated. And also be informed that you can call *191# and follow 6th option in order to deactivate any VAS services activated on your number.

Tatadocomo — Excess bill charged

my number is [protected]. This tatadocomo postpaid number last two months onwards they are charged sms charges on nonworking number in my bill.
