[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — UNNECESSARY BALANCE DEDUCTION FROM TATA DOCOMO MOBILE NO [protected]

Dear Sir,

Tatadocomo mobile service provider deducted Rs. 81 from my main balance after 23 Mar 2012 stating the lines below. Once his executive said that Rs. 65/- has been credited in your mobile and in another message his executive says that upon checking with our records the charges have been levied correctly for the GPRS usage in multiple sessions. Hence, we would unable to refund the amount. They are totally fruad and harrasing regular customer doing unnecessary deduction of balance from main account. I had already recharged Rs. 100 through Mchek and got 110/- talktime after that I had recharge GPRS for Rs.63/- and got 2560MB balance then accessing the GPRS whereas customer care executive says the charges deducted are correctly. How it is possible ? After that I had recharged three times @ Rs. 10/- i.e. Totally Rs. 30/- and TATADOCOMO regulrly deducting my balance finally the deduction of balance stoped at @ Rs. 6.45. After that TATADOCOMO has disable my 121 services so that I am unable to resolve my issue till date.

After repeated email no positive response given by TATADOCOMO customer care executive. Please see below full conversation.

This is to inform that no any amount as mentioned in your reply has been credited in my account till now. As of now my balance is Rs. 6.45 out of Rs. 81.

Kindly not down that after recharging from Mchek Rs. 110+10+10+10=140. Only I activated GPRS Pack of Rs. 63/- on 23 Mar 2012. After deduction of said amount my account balance should be Rs. 81. Kindly credit the outstanding amount Rs. 81 at the earliest please.

I am customer of TATADOCOMO mobie No [protected] since last two and half year. On 23rd of Mar 2012 I had recharged through Mchek for Rs. 100/- and get Rs. 110/- talk time being a old customer. On the same day I had recharged for GPRS pack of Rs. 63/- and get 2560MB Data balance. When I contact to Customer Care for non working of GPRS from my existing No i.e. [protected] he said your balance is too low. For accessing of GPRS main balance is Rs. 1/- must be required. On checking of Main Balance on 24 Mar 2012 I found that my Main Balance is Paise 0.74 only, and thereafter I contact to customer care again through 121, my call attended by Ms SONAM and she had said that data is now not updated you have to contact after four hours thereafter call cannot be connected again to customer care. When I call again on 25 Mar 12 around customer care not answered call and disconnected thereafter till now customer care Number not connected. For accessing of
GPRS I had recharged three times @Rs. 10/- through Mchek and at present out of Rs. 110+10+10+10= Rs. 140/-. I had activated only Rs. 63/- for GPRS pack. After deduction of Rs. 63 from main Bal my main balance should be Rs. 140+previous balance approx Rs. 4/- is only Rs. 7.55. You are requested to kindly personnaly look into the matter and instruct the customer care executive not to deduct unnecessary balance for harrasing of customer and Refund/credit the whole deducted amount Rs. 144 - Rs. 63 i.e Rs. 81/- in my main balance please. It is sixth time when my balane is unnecessary deducted since Apr 2011.

Tata Docomo — Unnecessary deduction is Credit from the Mobile Account.

Tata Dodomo is one of the best service providers as far as network is concern, but have pathetic Call Center (Customer Service Agent) with them who are not able to even back trace the record of a day, I had raised a complain on 121 but simply I got answer that “abhi hamar system nahi cah raha call after 2 hrs”. Also from that day I was not able to connected customer Care Agent on IVR only I can hear “All our customer Rep are busy …” and call gets disconnected”…I was having no option but to wrote mail to [protected]@tatadocomo.com they also disappointed me by saying that they are not able to trace my un-necessarily balance deducted record, I told then to mail me few days statement where the description you can find then I got the response that you need to pay Rs 25 for that, first thing I want to know that why should I need to pay Rs 25 if they are not capable to find the detail and I am trying to help you out.
