We tried to speak to you personally on your alternate number [protected] to understand your concern regarding the internet connection. However, we were unable to contact you since your number was switched off.
We would like to inform you that the data/internet usage products are dependent on various factors for accessibility and continuity, some of these factors being in our control and others beyond, which hugely and adversely impact data usage can impact on the network and signal strength and therefore affect connection speeds/ continuity. At peak times when many people are using the network, connection speeds, and quality suffers. Also as with any network based on radio technology, handset quality or local conditions may prevent or interfere with network reception within coverage areas.

Tata Docomo — Unsatisfied by Customer Care Service
Tata Docomo customer care aren't solving my internet connection problem. I pay more than Rs.155 for 5 GB usage and I used only 1GB. I have Internet settings also. And other companies sims not giving any error. So it's their responsibility to solve my problem. But now they are not taking my calls.
