[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — unwanted deduction

For more than a couple of month Rs 2 is being deducted from my balance. I am using a tata docomo prepaid sim card mobile number is [protected]. I haven't activated any special offers. I tried to contact tata docomo customer care but to no avail. I have also heard that others are facing the same problem.
If someone wants to activate something on his/her sim then it will activate Immediately, if you go for deactivation then they will ask thousand process to follow. why? it should not be like this. if i want to stop one service then it should stop immediatly.

Please find a solution for this, i want my deducted amount back and want to stop that deduction in near future

sir, I am Hemant Kumar and i am using tata docomo sim and my no is [protected] and from last two days i am getting a message from no 52250 that " my renewal of MOTD service is successful and i have been charged Rs 3 ". called many times to customer care but did't give any solution to unsubscribe this.


plz help me to unsubscribe this service.

I Jobin Thomas facing a big problem with my gsm([protected]) number,daily they are deductiing Rs.5 from my account.kindly check and take immediate action to stop this service.

I am Tata docomo customer([protected]) using this number from last
45days. From last few days my balance is getting deducted for unknown
services which i haven't activated. Regarding this matter i contacted
Tata docomo customer care representative and deactivated all the
services. i recieved message regarding deactivation but still my balance
getting deducted continously,even when i tried to contact customer care they are not providing proper details.
hie i m using your service from past 2 yrs but from past 1 yr i got disappointed of that......any time unwanted deduction take place..the same had happen on 3 january.of amount 51 rs and when i complain for that your customer care executive deny for that and disconnected the col.insteed of solving me out...........and after that the no shown busy

i want my deducted amount back
and want to stop that deduction in near future

hope you will see to it as soon as possible

We provided an adjustment of Rs.30/- on dated 23-JAN-2013 vide docket number ABAL[protected] and the VAS service (PSHOOTONE) is deactivated successfully.

Tata docomo Rs 75 deduct from my account two times...this issue reported to docomo customer care...but their responce is very badly please follow up my request and credit my cash to my account...

Dear Team,

Mobile No. [protected]

Yesterday (10th Dec 2014) around 4:30 PM Rs.30 was deducted from my account without any notice.

And later Rs.10 was refunded also but still Rs.20 was not refunded from last 18 hours.

Kindly look into this and do the needful.
