Tata Docomo — Deactivation of service

Automatically b-town rockstars has been activated. And I charged 10/-Rs. I am frustrated with docomo service. Every week I charged 10/-Rs. No help from executive.

Dear Sir,

I am subscribed to a scheme called Maano ya naa maano without prior information to me on 5th may2011and deducted amount Rs10/-. Then i called CC to unsubscribe and refund,CC said ok I have booked your complaint and will refund and deactivate it but nothing happened. after one week on 12th may 2011,they renewed it when i was on roaming and again deducted Rs10/-. When i came back on 18th may 2011,i again called CC for refund and deactivation. I talked to senior exe. of CC and he said we can refund only Rs10/- and you have to call 155223 to deactivate it. Ya he refunded Rs.10/- out of Rs20/- but the scheme still is active becoz there was nothing activated on my no according to 155223. Now On 22nd may 2011, they again renewed it and deducted the same Rs.10/-. when i called CC,he said sorry sir,i can't help,you hav to deactivate it from the website you have activated it. I told him did not activated it. Please tell me the name of web sothat i can deactivate it and pl refund my amount. He again said sorry,you have to do it at your own.

I am a use rof tata docomo having no. [protected].
A month ago i was informed that my documents were not submitted so my connection is deactivated.
Then I went to Orissa from hyderabad to submit the documents.
after submitting the documents I got a sms regarding the successful deposition of documents.
Again on 25th may I got again that same sms regarding documents.
I think they are playing with the customers.
if they haven't that much of capability to handle further customers then company should stop providing the service.

Tata Docomo — Careless attitude to deactivate B-Town Rockstars application

Hi,

My mob no. is [protected]. I have been constantly complaining to Customer Care at Tata Docomo to deactivate B-Town Rockstars which service I had not asked for but I am charged Rs.10 each month for the past 4 months. Tata Docomo customer care service have been callous in their attitude and have not yet deactivated this service.I have been following up with my complaint all these months but it seems Tata Docomo by its attitude have become "Chindi Chor" i.e. Penny wise Pound foolish. My request to the concerned authorities is to stop this B-Town Rockstars servcie immediately which I had not asked for and not to charge me any subscription fees to the service henceforth.
service provider has activated some service for which i had not suscribed..daily 1.50 paise are getting deducted from my account..i gave a call to cutomer care they are not responding to the query...i visited online docomo web site for same.please take this issue on priority..

In month of may i have receved the massage that you have been sucessfully subscribed to music mall service which i had not opted and i cost me 5 rs per day and to deactivate this service i had called customer care for 10 to 15 times to deactivate the said sevice they said that in next 1hr you will be deactivated from the sevice but i didnt receive any notification and deduction from my mobile is as it is... and in a day the customer care executive will be available to us only once if we call 2nd time then therer is no response or they are busy and call is ended automatically....

myself Prathamesh patil i have used tata docomo dongle for 8 months and applied for deactivation on December which was not been registered. i also called on[protected], [protected], [protected] and[protected] respectively which happened to be the BPO numbers respectively and they had no idea how to deal with it they were just transferring from here to there but the complaint was registered on 19th Jan, 5th Feb, 22nd Feb according to them how come the regional offices had no link with the online services??? the kondaol laxmipuri office ph-[protected] and kolhapur head office at Venus corner had treated me unprofessionally, they were pathetic dealing with the complaint. it has been 70 days after i first lodged the complaint and the dongle is yet to be deactivated what the heck?? is this a national level company where activation is done in 30 mins and deactivation takes more than 60 days even when the complaint has been registered numerous times.it has been very UNPROFESSIONAL, NEGLECTING AND CARELESS ATTITUDE FROM EVERYWHERE. i have received a 2 months bill and might get a 3rd bill as well for the unused services they even declined to take back the dongle the plans were also been changed from postpaid to prepaid without informing me. i came to know about it through customer service center. are they trying to fool or just playing around??
so please advise me according to law of consumer protection act or do the needful
