[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Verification Issues | |||
My 3G dongle is no longer active because the address verification status is negative. This has happened due to the sheer incompetence of the person who was sent to do the verification. I have been informed that his name is Sumit. Initially I got a call saying that the verification had turned out to be negative.The person told me that it was set to happen again. So this time I requested to be called before the visit to make sure that I was available at home. I did not receive any calls but started getting messages stating that the verification had failed again. This time I called the call center to understand why this was happening and how I could help. I was in for a rude shock. I spoke to a girl name Rupal who actually started shouting at me. She said that how could there be a verification problem if my connection was active. She asked me to ignore the smses. However, after this I received one more message stating that unless I visited the point of activation within 24 hours I would not enjoy 'uninterruppted services'. So I went to the F.C. Road (Pune) office yesterday where they assured me that they would apply for re-verification and that this time I would definitely get a call in advance. Again I got no call today and no verification happened. And now my dongle is no longer active. I upgraded from photon to 3G only because I got call from your end. I have been a customer for over 3 years during which time my address has remained the same. I should not have to suffer for the incompetence of their executives.
