Worst Service ever - Tata Docomo Prepaid Mobile Service
I have taken a Tata Docomo Prepaid Number on 21.09.2009
Right from the day of activation (21.09.2009), the mobile was not working and I was getting the message “error in network connection”. I have raised a complaint to the Customer Care where none of the Executives could give a solution and in turn few of them hanged up the receiver as they were not aware of the issue.
Later on 25.09.2009 morning around 9.58 a.m. I tried a local mobile and got connected and I had a conversation of around 39 secs . but later when I checked the balance it was 50.60 ps. Where as I had 54.60 on activation date. Around Rs.4 was debited to my a/c for that 39 sec call where the call centre executive accepted the mistake which had happened and he told that it would be rectified within 24hrs.
The Complaint number is GBL09033504. I really cant understand what is exactly happening with my number. I feel the worst service ever given by any mobile service provider ever which I have faced. Neither call centre executives understand any concept of mobile services nor they have proper communication with the customers.
Kindly do the needful and take severe action against those who doesn’t have the basic knowledge of your mobile services and interact with customers with all the wrong information.
