Tata Docomo — Worst Services of customer care | |||
It has been quite a while that I have been using Tata Docomo sim on my GSM mobile and the customer care response sucks to the core. You call them up and it keeps singing the docomo song till your head actually bursts up and i doubt will there at least be any person on the other end to actually handle calls.You call up again and suddenly "all customer care representatives are busy on other calls"!!! They send in some useless messages to activate this and that and without my knowledge some pack gets activated and the balance goes down to zero in a flick... After calling them up several times some lazy bugger picks up the call and puts me on hold for a continuous half an hour.. What do you expect us to do? sit and listen to your useless stories on our busy schedules?Is this the way to handle customers??!! on calling back again, the call gets cut abruptly! I tried registering my complaint on Docomo's register your complaint portal... thank God for the speed of the page!! Each field you enter and the page gets refreshed!
