I am having tata docomo postpaid service. Few days back some sales person called up and ask me to convert my prepaid to postpaid by giving me some good special plan. So I gave a positive response and activated postpaid service. But after activation I came to know that the scheme plan was totally different from the plan which they had shown me. Now after activation no response is given from the tata customer care and that sales person team. They are acting like careless people and shifting each others responsibility to someone else.
Kindly look into the matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.

Tata Docomo — issue with the scheme activation

This is Alpesh Prajapati and my no is[protected]. I am writing the e-mail because i am been tired calling Docomo customer care for an on-going issue of cricket alert and love tip been activated without any pries information to me.
It is been number of times that i have called Docomo customer care for this issue. Each time your representative say that there such kind of alert get on daily basis There is deduction in my balance. It is on 1 month old issue.
kindly take it as a serious issue and revert me as soon as possible.
and please try to solve this issue and make customer happy with good solution and good service.
