Tata Docomo — wrong balance deduction and abuse with customer

Tata docomo have worst customer service i never seen in my life I'm using this no.[protected] before so many years but before couple of days they guys deduct my balance without any reason and if i called customer care no. they guys misbehave with me & disconnect my call I'm already exalted this issue with tata docomo but i was not get any resolution from tata docomo.....and i have all recordings of conversation....
