Tata Docomo — Wrong Bill charges for 115 rs for music mall | |||
Regarding wrong bill amount charges taken by you for music mall in my bill, My self prakash vala , my mobile no is [protected] , I have already call four to five time to customer care as your upper manager (Mahesh Sindhe ahmedabad) regarding my wrong bill details .complain no is[protected], you have charge 115 rs wrong charges in my bill even if I don’t know about serices of music mall from dive in service. I call from last week there was not any resolution , please reply what I need to do , I will not pay for wrong charge of one single rs. Tomorrow is my last payment date ,I will pay my due amount but not pay wrong charges of music mall ,please reverse charges /if you cant deduct charges then close my services today immediate ,I don’t want to continue with tata docomo services. Please note if you revese same charges then I will continue otherwise stop my tata docomo services. , I don’t want to continue and stop my billing cycle today only, also I will not responsible for next bill payment by me. I am not getting answer properly that why I need to forward cc to all email of trai.
