Tata Docomo — Wrong Bill Generation(complaint no[protected]

I have been charged wrongly for internet usage.I do believe that I have watched three videos in my java mobile of 3 inches screen size.But as an engineer and smart user I know that packets data consumed wont be that much high(Rs 2200) as shown in the bill and that too in java operating system mobile.And I even don't know the reason for what I have been charged for internet when your consultant has only assured that in my plan there is a limited data free.You can go for recordings in Avaya and pull out the recordings. My phone number is [protected].And the second thing in spite of paying my monthly rental of 1095 I have got my services(out going call) barred on 10th September.If there is a technical fault from TATA folks,why as a consumer I have to suffer. I made a call to tata docomo customer care on 3rd,September,2013 and stated my issue,their folks gave me complain no[protected] and committed me that this issue will be closed in 2 days and after 2 days instead of giving me a resolution they sent me a message stating that "Your complain no :[protected] has exceeded the closure timelines.We are working on it & shall close within 2 days.".But still its five day from committed deadline I haven't got a resolution and instead of giving me a resolution they barred my number. There is production environment depending on me as well So make sure that I will get a resolution for this by today EOD else I will drag TATA folks to consumer court for my production loss as well if by tomorrow morning my services will not get resumed along with a justification on this wrong bill generation.

Still I am awaiting for response from Tata Docomo. Again they made a wrong commitment to me.They told me that my issue will resolved by evening 5PM 11/09/2013.But no response.This is pathetic..!!.. This is the 7th time they made a wrong commitment.

Once again my number([protected]) has been barred.Following are my concerns:

1:If my complain is regarding wrong bill generation, so how come my number could be barred from DOCOMO end due to non payment.
2:In spite of I have been repetitively given the time of closure of my complain in two days, but two days have never completed from 3/09/2013.
3:Consultant rudeness over phone is really a big concern.Due to my outgoing has been bared I called up customer care of Tata Docomo.Instead of assisting me politely, consultant was very rude over phone.Docomo can refer the recording from quality team for the call made by me in early morning today.

So I believe that these reasons are enough to go for a legal action.So going forward I just want to discontinue my service and dont want any clarification.Please send me your office address so that I could send you a legal notice from court.And I had a production loss of 10k.So please assist me in recovering that.

Once again the wrong information from Tata Docomo supervisors and consultants.My number got barred on 20 th Sept, 2013 at night and I have been given a request number for line activation[protected]given by Shiva)and as committed by him it would be getting activated in 4 hours.I called today morning again to customer care after 4 hours since my line was still barred.Customer care is again giving a new request number and told me the same thing that again I had to wait for 4 more hours till afternoon 12 pm.Is it a kind of bloody joke or what.?
And the second thing I spoke to the floor supervisor Sumit regarding complain number 37849155 on 19th, Sept, 2013 (interaction Id[protected].He had given me commitment that till the closure of my complain I wont be getting any payment reminder and as well as my number will not get barred.But still it has got barred.I am really feeling helpless.In spite of putting complain for long back on 5 Sept, 2013 with complain number 37849155, I have been given a dead line of[protected].
So my question is if my complain is regarding wrong bill, so how come i can pay the bill and the second thing if tata guys are barring my number that intends indirectly I am being compelled to pay the bill and Tata is harassing me mentally in a span of each two days by barring my number.If from the complain date that is 5th of September, 2013 I am not getting the benefit of service that give me a justification that why should I need to pay the rental for September month.So going forward if I am not availing the service I dont need to pay the rental as well for this month I believe.

Please give a clarity from your end since this is an extent of commitment failure and wrong promise and extremely worst customer care service
