Tata Indica Vista — carn unattended

i have been facing a dangerous problem in this car which bombay cycle(a authorised service dealer for tata motors) says is a normal issue. the car turns 360 degrees when breaked. i have miraculously saved myselfand my family twice on the highway due to this problem. i even met with a huge tire burst while on the highway because of the defect in the car. now all my tires are bald at 17,000km and even after regularly visiting the company my car has the same problem and not attended. i have informed tata motors through various letters and calls to the respective departments but did not get a reply as yet. my car has been in the service station from two months nearly.
