[Resolved]  TATA Indica VISTA Quadrajet — Poor Service by dealers and ignored by tata motors

Subject:- I.S. Motors pvt limited. Six kilometer stone roorkee Dehradun highway , roorkee to haridwar branch. E-17 old industrial area in favor of haridwar TATA INDICA VISTA QUDRAJET. MODEL 2009 which is not been serviced properly.

Sir,
With highly obliged to say that Ajay Puri has brought the vehicle from this company on date 06.11.2009 and the service of this vehicle is been done by the member of the dealer. The service of this vehicle has been done on 24.03.2011 and the member (service man) orally told that the clutch of this vehicle is not working in proper condition. This thing has been told warranty manager Shri Mannu Mittal and general manager(wholesole caretaker), Shri Deepak Rawat by hand written. They have told you should not give to the letter by written. They have told that the clutch of this vehicle will be maintained within 2 day, but Mr. Ajay Puri has taken the faith on them. I have not taken the receiving letter. By having the faith on them Mr. Ajay Puri has gone to them general manager and other officers that it will be okay. When you will come on the next service. Mr. Ajay puri has told them that the warranty is going to be finished on the limited period. Then they told him that they have extended the warranty of the vehicle for 2 years. So you should not be worried about it and it will be done according to the employer.
According to the booklet (service book) Tata Motors owners manual and service book that every service should be done between points to 7 of the months of the servicing. In page no. 141 every information of clutch pedal height and cable is given according to the complaint by Ajay Puri. Then they have check the battery, power steering oil, and other things but it should be checked by proper mechanic( diploma holder and best experienced) should do the work in proper condition. But many times has been told to the work do properly but they always says that you should have faith on us and your all work should be done by your good will. But Mr Ajay Puri has given a written application to them they have refused to take it. They have told him that the sales manager is our personal friend so no one can do anything against us. On date 06.12.11 Mr. Ajay Puri has left his vehicle in to the agency and mr mannu mittal(warranty manager) and workshop manager mr. mohan panwar told that Mr. Deepak rawat is not available here. You should come early in the morning whatever your problem will be maintained tomorrow. But next day in the morning mr ajay puri went to them they have refused to meet mr mannu mittal(warranty manager) and workshop manager mr. mohan panwar, mr Deepak rawat(wholesole caretaker) and general manager mr negi. With him and mr ajay puri has taken with mr Rajeev panwar and mr arvind kumar sharma. Both has seen and hear with him. What is going there and mr ajay puri has always left his vehicle in the above service center after receiving they took a test drive. But no special mechanic (diploma holder) has been present here. But the dealer has not kept any person in the post of C.R.M, C.R.O and D.ET. but the workshop manager mr. mohan panwar is not capable in the post of automobile engineer. According to mr ajay puri and he has not got the knowledge of automobile and the general manager mr Deepak rawat seems that is the caretaker wholesole incharge and workshop mechanic. He has not got the certificate of the automobile and the dealer has not got any I.D. of that man (Deepak). When mr ajay puri has given his vehicle on 07.02.10 satisfaction letter and written many objection on the satisfaction letter. They have not given any response he has asked general manager shri Deepak rawat tell contact no and mobile he has not given. But according to the company is unable to give the salary of I.T.I holder mechanic and we have maintained everything with tata motors highly officers. So we have kept local mechanic. Mr ajay puri have meet mr mannu mittal and mr Deepak rawat to give the no customer service manager and my vehicle all service job card copy should be given to me but he refused to give the no of customer service manager. What soever want to do you can do.
At haridwar service center above vehicle parts are not available and they are got to be got from roorkee so customer has to face this problem for 2-2 weeks.
I have called customer care number [protected] dated 08.12.11. Mr. Abhishek Sonawade received the call and gave me the following complaint number 1-[protected]. I have again called customer care number [protected] dated 09.12.11. Mr. Ravi and Sr. officer Shri Chitrasen received the call and gave me the following complaint number 1-[protected]. . I have again called customer care number [protected] dated 10.12.11 at 04:04 pm. Ms Deepika and officer shri raju ji received the call and cut the call at 04.24 pm without giving the complaint number. . I have again called customer care number [protected] dated 10.12.11 at 04.28 pm. Ms rama and officer shri uday panwar ji received the call and gave me the following complaint number 1-[protected]. But till now I have got no response.
I have received your mail dated 14.12.11 in which you have suggested to contact to Mr. Depak Mishra Customer Support Manager. I called him on the same day at time 06:09 pm to his number. I asked him to give fax no., contact no., mail id and correspondence address of him and tata motors head office and regional office because I have to give them written complaint. But he told me that he don’t have any office and no landline no and fax no. and also he refused me to give head office and regional office fax no, mail id. I am not satisfied with his answer because he didn’t listened to me completely and cut the call.
According to the reputation of tata motors the workers are not doing the proper work and they are insulting the company. According to the rules they should be punished and proper action should be taken to the dealer and above named officers and order should be pass to the company dealer.
