I have purcased Indica Vista Qudrajet Petrol version fronm Twin Wheels, Vadodara on 16th May 2010, i.e just 6 montsh back. i am really sorry to inform that a reputed company like Tata has stop maintaing the quality fo producta and has started lossing faith of teh customets. when i applied for car , with agreat difficulty i got the delivery as scheduled , as they said taht they have to check the car and handover to us. but on taking the car home we realised that the co driver seat is defective and one can not lean on that, with so much of struggle they got it replaced after 20 days as, as usaul the replacment part was not available. we had a hell time then. not only this even our speedometer was not working and they took 2 months to replace that, as it was not showing the speed. i dont under why a company like tata has so much time replacing the products. then unfortunately our car met with an accident and we had to replace our radiator, lighst, bumper etc. but to our suprise again in 2 months our condenspr got leaked. it is really shameful that a reputed company provides with defective products. we a great difficulty we have bought this car and that too in cash. ans we had choosen indica above Spark. and now i feel really ashamed about being associated with Tata Motors. the 6 months has been a mental harassment for us. is there any sensible perosn who can help us with this problem. and is there any provision by which you can change the defective product of yours.i would be very grateful to you if you can help us to come out of this.
