[Resolved]  Tata Indicom Broadband — Non refund of money in case no signal in new location

Dear Sir,
I was a consumer of TATA indicom wi max broadband. I had requested for relocation of connection. TATA indicom dismantled the antenna and modem from old premises to the new one. Unfortunately the signals could not be obtained in the new location and hence no internet connection was obtained. When I requested TATA indicom to cancel my connection and refund the balance amount (as it was prepaid account), the reply was "You may use the account till it expires and further do not renew your account so that it will be deactivated. In this regard, we would like to inform you that the balance amount cannot be refund to you and there is no security deposit. You may submit the router or the CPE in the nearest tata communicatiosn office".
My concern is, how do I use the internet when the antenna and modem is not installed? How TATA indicom refuses to refund the money when service cannot be provided?
