Tata indicom broad band in spite of having one of the most ethical parent has taken consumers for ride .When I took connection, I was told that Tata indicom is available anywhere in Chennai .However when I shifted my house near to Chennai Airport, I was told that Tata Indicom does not have presence in Pallavaram ( where I reside) and company refused to give me connection .
When I asked for refund of rs4000/- from my prepaid account, I was told that as company policy TATA INDICOM cannot refund .
When I asked for USB connection with same amount as swap option, that too was denied . As a consumer I was denied all option other than to forget the balance amount of Rs 4000.
Now tell me, whose fault is this ? .
I would appreciate if company officials can take a logical look at this case and make arrangements for refund of Rs4000. Was this information helpful? |
