Sir, I have been complaining against non connectivity of TataIndicom Internet services to their customer dept from the last 25 days All i get to hear from them that the issue is under review. Today its almost 25 days and i dont have the Internet connections which is affecting my Business. Tata Indicom Broadband — Connectivity problem

I am using Tata indicom Broadband Wimax Connection and it has connectivity problem from last one month every time i have to call customer service to make it work and it works for 15-20 minutes only. Customer service is also not supportive they always say "your proble will be sort out within 24 hours" but i am still waiting their 24 hours completion commitment from last one month don't know when its going to over. seriously it sucks.
