I had a connection with TataIndicom Broadband which I requested to move to my new address ( from Mulund to Powai, in Mumbai) in May-08. I placed the request after referring to their website, which indicated that Mulund-East ( Pin Code 400081 ) was a feasible area. For the same reason I got my account renewed with a 3-month package thinking it will be moved in 1-2 weeks and I can start using it again. This renewal made my outstanding balance reach a figure of 6000/-, and that's why I don't plan to move to a new ISP/connection.
I riased several request from their portal, but everytime the CustCare/nodal-Officer will get back to me saying that the "Area is not feasible". I contacted their senior manager on the same issue, but no response from him too.
The "Area Sales Representative" for TataIndicom and local Service Provider have asked me to apply for a new connection which I will get in a day or two. He even supplied me the forms. When I informed NodalOffice and CustCare about this, they still gave me the same reply.
