its better to change isp. tata indicom broadband customers only say that they going to fix it as soon as possible, but "asap" takes too much time...this is worst service i have ever seen. even supervisor cant fullfill their promise as i experienced...my net was stopped due to technical problem for 1 week and customer care didnt know the problem !!! true...so better to change isp

Tataindicom Broadband Connection — Breakdown of service
My broadband connection was disrupted on 29th July 2009 and I lodged a complaint with their customer care center over phone. After repeated followups they suggested that they will give me wireless connection since they are unable to restore the wired connection, to which I agreed. During first week of October two representatives from tataindicom visited my house to give connection but they returned without giving the connection. Thereafter no information from them. By now the breakdown in service has been more than three months. I would like the company refund me the balance amount of subscription.
