[Resolved] Tata Indicom Broadband — Service Disconnection | |||
Hi, I have disconnected Tataindicom broadband service on 17.04.2010. I have also written mails to customer service and nodal officer about my disconnection request. Couple of times I called customer service to pickup CPE equipments and request final bill amount. Today (26.05.2010) I received notice from Tata indicom advocate threatening about legal action and asking about Rs 500 as legal charges on top of my pending bill. Please advise. Tata Indicom Broadban — Disconnection of the service without notice
Tata Indicom suspended my service without the prior notice to us . I have invested more then 7000/- for set up its broadban connection 5 months earlier and it is also deleted my servieces form siliguri city. It losses my business also as well from 05/03/2010.Do the needful
