[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — Broadband Internet

I have been experiencing a very poor service from Tata Indicom Broadband Internet service. Our internet is down from 25th of Jan and every time we call service center they simply try to give instructions which does not solve the problem or simply ask us to wait for a long time. I treally do not understand why don't they simply come to the site and solve the problem even after complaining for several times. It looks the stafff are not competent enough to understand and analyxe the problems. I am simply paying monthly bills for nothing. I would not suggest any of my friends or relatives to go for Tata Indicom as I am getting the worst service so far.
