Dear Sir/Madam, I don’t know english very well. so my complaint is in hindi type in english Language. Sir/Madam, Main aapka ek (1) Customer hoo. Aur Main Punjab mein Ludhiana City mein rehta hoo.... Main ekk Complaint karna chaahtaa hoo ki Punjab ke Ludhiana city mein sabhi Jagahhh jo aap aapne customer ko 1 Rs per call S.T.D walky par Billing mein aapne different plans mein de rahe hooo, voh yee nahi Lege...... Kyuki aaapne zoo cash card walaa walky par system open kiyaa huaaa hai...Uskooo Dekhteee Hueeee Ludhiana ke kayiiii Road mein, Society mein, and street mein zinke paaas bhi aapne plains hai voh yea vaapis ( returns) kar dege...... Sir/Madam Ludhiana ke kayiii Jagah par Like Daresi Road, New Shiv Puri, Kalyaan Nagar, Bajwa Nagar, New Bajwa Nagar Puli (Special), Sekhewal Road, Basti Jodhewal,Purana Bazaar and bahut saari aur bhi Ludhiana mein Jagah hai jaha par aapka cash card wala system chala kar S.T.D 75paise per Min deker yaa S.T.D 50paise per min deker P.C.O chala rahe hai... aur enki vajah se hi aapke sabhi postpaid wale walky vaapis hoo rahe hai....aur aapke saaare plans fail ho rahe haiii..... Ludhiana mein kayee people ne tooo esiii karann aaapke walky set return kar diyeee.... maine khud 4 set vaaapis kar diyeee.... esliyeee main yea kehna chahhtaa hooo.... Ki company apna nuksaaan khud karne par tuli huiii haiii.... MatLab Company aapne pairrooo par khud Kulhaaari maaar rahiii hai..... aap abhii Ludhiana zaaakar zooo zagahh maine aapko batayiii....aap check karvaa sakte hooo......... Tata Company khud hi fail ho zaayegi..Kyuki yea aapna nuksaaan khudd kar rahi hai....cash card wala system open kar ke....... Main sir aapka customer hooo.... Maine aapne kayiii set TATA INDICOM ke return kar diyee haiii.... Yadiii app chahhte hai ki main woh set Dobara reopen matlam Start kar duuu.... in nizamabad custmers are very high so that you have to arrange on more tower for internet .
the speed of wireless data card is bellow 10 kbps .
ifrom that speed how can we suppose to utilise the services from tata indicom data card ?how can we pay montly rentals, so try to under stand my problem, and resolve the as early as possible, other wise we are not intresting to continuee yoyr services
