[Resolved] Tata Indicom — deficiency of services | |
i madhu lingwal having a two connection of tata indicom.one is landline and another one is mobile phone.from the first day i m facing the problem of networking.when i had a complaint in customer care of tata indicom the executive told me that there was some problem in there network.the customer care people told me that your problem will be resolved as soon.but they did't take any kind of action against my complaint and when i used call again and again and asked them that you people can take your own time but till that time i will not pay the rental for that only the call which i am doing i will pay for that only,so they agreed for that and don't pay the rental till the problem is solved but it happen only one month the next moth when i went to hauzkhas branch asked to pay the bill after deducting the rental and did the same but from that time that amount is not been adjusted and because of that my outgoing and incoming calls have been bared and now your customer care people regret to do the adjustments, so i just want to complaint for the defficiency of services provided by your people now i just want the waver for whole month which has and the running month also becuase from that time my calls are barred and i m not able to use the phones. sir mene apke collegue se baat ki thi net related prob.k bare me..he says do reset settngs.i did it..n i hv lost mah al phone memory data .plz suggest me wat to do..as it was imp.fr me...kindly rply soon...
