Sub: - Complaint against Your Executive and Customer Care

My Name Is Rakesh Sharma and I have parched a Tata indicom numbers [protected] (A/c no[protected] of your local agent as on 1st may and It activated at 3rd may. I have parched the numbers of one condition that I want need Tata to Tata free calls and for this I will give him 300/ Rs. Before the activation of numbers I have received Welcome Call from Your Executive Miss Sapna and she says me that in 300 plan you can’t Tata to Tata Free Calls and she purpose me 349 plan for Tata to Tata Free Calls and I have accept this plan on the spot. But 19th may I found that from your executed that I can’t make Tata to Tata free calls in my 349 plan and I very shocked and for my this problem I have talk many person but unfortunately they are not solve my problem. On 20/05/2008 they register my complaint and number is[protected] .But many calls are comes for solve my problem but they can’t anything so all confusion plz contact me at least one time on my numbers earlier

i have surrendered tata indicoms coin box instument which is on the of SWAMI AUTO POINT & your executive told me that u will get the deposite cheque whithin a month so, but it has passed four months . i still not get the cheque . my indicom no was[protected]

With reference to the above subject and reference we regret to say for the past three months (Even from the day 1st we have connected the broadband) our net connection is very very poor. We have called your representation Phone No: 99944 – 65540... Several times but many times no response and a few times he told he will be coming but he never comes. We choose your broad band hoping your service will be the best and we had an idea of taking this broad band to our project 248 connection but we do not be able to give a good feedback for your service. In this position this is the last letter from our side to you sir, if this letter responses good we will continue your service other wise we are to discontinue the broad band connection.Please look in to the matter seriously and do the needful urgently.
i want to say that my ph.no.is [protected] a/c no[protected] my dues are nill even i have deposited advance in tata a/c after that my ph has been disconnected.I changed my sim on 30/10/9 from c.p. branch There was Madam Bharti Kapoor She told me that your Ph will Start by today evening. But there is no change I received a call from ph. no-[protected] at 5.55 PM, on 31/10/9 that 3700 Rs.due on me Of Tata, It was shocked me.Even I have deposited already approx.rs.800/-in advance at Darya Ganj Branch, New-delhi-110002.solve the problem as soon as possible otherwise I will have to get help from consumer Court.
