Tata Indicom — Unwarranted postpaid bills

I had purchased a Tata Indicom wirless internet USB base connection in 2009. In November 2010, when I requested for its canellation and disconnection, I was told by a Tata Indicom execitive or representative that my connection can be kept under 'safe custody' for three months prior to its eventual automatic disconnection. Even though I was not entirely pesuaded by this odd suggestion, I agreed. After three months, Tata Indicom, In February 2011, on further demand for cancellation, Tata Indicom informed me that the final disconnection of my internet connection has been done. But to my shock and consistent dsmay, Tata Indicom has been sending me a bill of Rs. 120 under the possible guise that the connection is still under 'safe custod'. I request Tata Indicom to abandon its attempts to make an extra buck on the sly or shall we say, by hook or crook, and stop sending me the said bill every month. Thanks.

Yes, a Tata Indicom representative spoke with me yesterday assuring me that there are no outstanding dues against me and that the sending o[censored]nwarranted bills will be stopped forthwith. The docket number for the resolution of the complaint communicated to me was[protected].
