Tata Indicom Prepaid — unknown removal of balance amount

i had informed to the customer care about the removal of Rs30 from my balance account of prepaid mobile every month but they didn't take any action against.

never use tata services as they are following method to deduct balance without any information while complaining that it never entertained

My tata mobile no is [protected] and money is getting deducted without making calls.yesterday I lost balance of 40 rupees without making any calls.two weeks back also I lost Rs 31 from my balance.What are the reasons ?pl return the lost amount in my prepaid balance...

My tata moble no. is [protected] and money is getting deducted with out making calls. Firstly my balance is 47 rupees, two days back balance is 37 rupees .That is 5 rupees deducted per day continuously . my balance is always deducted even when I don’t use or activate welcome tune pack, ..what are the reasons? Please return the lost amount in my balance.
I am very shameful for the service of tataindicom.
I have one more complaint about your company . I want to avoid all your company calls as well as company messages as it disturbs a lot. I tired to call on customer care service number but it was of no use .I have got fed up with your calls . so what should I do to avoid your calls.

TATA Indicom — subscription to welcome tunes without my permission/will

i have a tata indicom no [protected]. today tata has activated welcome tune on my number even without my permission and has deducted rs 30. when i called to customer care they told me to call after some time as there was some problem in their system. Now customer care number is barred from my number and i am unable to contact to customer care.

Now i want my prepaid balance to be refunded and discontinuation of welcome tunes.

Hope now tata representative will revert me soon!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Have a tata indicom number [protected] but the sim is locked . I had telephoned to the customer care and he advised me to deposit the paper again. I deposited the paper to the nearby tataindicom office as advised by the customer care but phone didn't start.Today I again telephoned to the customer care no [protected] thrice after a short discussion they have cut the phone. There are more than Rs. 400 balance was in my prepaid no [protected]. Now tell me how can I start my number again. The customer care does not ready to listen the complain and told me this number is in market for sale, How can it be possible? Please resolve my problem.
