[Resolved] TATA Indicom Prepaid — Deduced Balance on Full Talk Time Recharge | |||
I am a Tata Indicom prepaid mobile subscriber. My mobile number is [protected]. I called customer care executive at 3.15 PM on 28/1/2011. She told me that on recharge of Rs. 550/- I would get talktime of Rs. 550/-. But I got Rs. 498 as talktime only. In complaint of this I called customer care executive again around 5.45 PM on the same day and he said that no such offer is there. To this I asked him to please transfer the call to his senior to which he disconnected me. Then I e-mailed them at their customer care email id. They registered my compalint but next day they said that this balance of Rs. 52 cannot be transferred to my account because I dont have the name of the person who told me that recharge of Rs. 550 would give me Rs. 550. I asked them to check their records for the name but they refused of having such records. I want you to look into the matter and also to give me full talktime for recharge of Rs. 550/- ( Rs.52/- balance) as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
