TATA Indicom Prepaid Sim — my incoming and outgoing calls are stopped

my number is [protected] i have brought Sim from pune with handset . now i am in manglore . i don't receive any sms about any complain from company, about document submission .now today on 13 feb 2010 i am not able to make calls and receive calls. i am in now much trouble . how they can do this. i am so apart from my home .there is no way to contact with them ,how company doing this.and i have al much enough balance . i am not able to receive sms al so.
