[Resolved] TATA Indicom / Tata Photon — Haressment

I was using TATA Photon and one month I received a bill of Rs.1700 (approx.). This was double than my usual monthly bill. I saw the days wise billing and discovered that I have been billed for the dys when I was out with family or in meetings. I lodged a complint to make the necessary rectification as I might have happened due to some error. My complaint was not resolved and I started getting regular call from TATA INDICON to pay the bill. At last the local vendor asked me to pay the average bill and I agreed and paid with a request to discontinue the connection as this has happened xsecond time. The issue was resolved but now I am getting calls that a case has been filed against me under section 420 and so on. It is share harresment.
