I have taken a connection from a Tata Retailer who's shop is situated very near to technopark. I have taken the connection make payment and submit all the documents everythings. But, from last week onward they have bard my connection. they are saying that they did not received the documents. My phone number is: [protected].
The tata indicom has a contract with third party who is resoonsible to update this all document. When I use to call the tata customer care they said the record yet not updated. just tell me one thing am I responsible if their third party not updating the record in proper time.
The issue yetnot resolved.
I am very unsatisfied with their services.
