I am Rohit KUMAR CHOUDHARY ,Using one Tata indicom prepaid no:- [protected] From last 4+ year,
Initially it was working well,but from past few month money is deducted from my account for the services which i do not use,i complained every month at first they used to give our money back,But in the month of May again when my money was deducted i asked them the reason they said that we are using services provided by them but that is not true,we are not using such type of services and when i told them that if my complaint is not redressed to my satisfaction i shall be constrained to take this matter to the consumer's court for which you will be entirely responsible then they reply very rudly do what ever you want to do.
Sir/Madam,
It is my humble request please take some serious action towards such kind of things that are happening.They people do not have any fear regarding rule and regulation & Laws,So Please made them to follow these rules.
i hope strict action will be taken from your side as soon as possible.
