TATA Indicom Walky — unsubscribe welcome tune

After repeated request to unsubscribe the unwanted welcome tune, no step has yet been taken by customer care service of Tata indicom at Kolkata region.

I have Tata indicom walky ph. no.[protected]. I have request for the disconnection of the last two months ago but the connection is not disconnected. I had given verbal request three or four times but no response given .by you people.If necessory action is not taken by you that I have to seek the help of consumer court for this matter.

I am also facing frequent problem in my Tel.Set since last two years for my Tel. no. [protected] at Nagpur. Old Set was replaced last year in December2010, but the same has developed with the similar problem of getting its battery discharged once the battery charger is put off or whenever power supply fails.My Tel. Instrument Model no. is LSP 345 ( CDMA Fixed wireless Terminal ). While posting this comment, I would like to request Tata Teleservices Management to please look into the matter for rectification of this problem in my Tel.Set.
