[Resolved]  Tata Indicom — [protected] A/C no[protected] change of plan from 375 to 175 per month

Ourr walky no-[protected] & a/c no[protected]. we have applied for the change of our walky plan from 375 to 175 per month on 20,feb 2010 but was not changed . We have received the bill as per Rs375 plan that was also cleared.we have also complained about the change of plan more than 3 times on telephone.
We have also send you the complain letter by post but there was no reply. The details for the further are:-

Respected Sir,

The above Connection was fully internet connection @ 375. Due to bad service I refer the above line to disconnect at Park Street Branch of Tata True Value.

But the Branch advice not to disconnect and requested us to continue @ 175 Per Month. Documents, Xerox attached with this. We accepted the offer and confirm.

We received a bill of Rs.586 @ 350 per Month and paid the same and complained on
18.03.2010 on telephone to the Tata regarding this that we have converted the scheme into Rs.175 but could not convert due to their fault. But on telephone they assured that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but we didn’t get any response.

Again we complained on 21.03.2010 they accepted the complain and gave the same reply but till today nothing has been resolved.

Our Pray to you sir:-
(i) Refund of excess payment for Rs.586 actual was Rs.175 from 20.02.2010.
(ii) Immediate conversion to be applied @ 175 from 20.02.2010 and all the bills to be adjusted as per that.
(iii) If not possible disconnect the service with adjustment of excess payment

Appropriate actions should be taken against the Co. as we do not have any due till now.
