Dear Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that I have purchased a TATA INDIGO MANZA AURA from M/s Mascot Motors, Aligarh (U.P.) on 25.07.11 against invoice No.[protected] as per following detail: 1. Car Name: TATA INDOGO MANZA AURA 2. Chasis No. MAT613039 BLF 14977 3. Engine No. 101A[protected] 4. Owner's Name : Mr. Rakesh Kumar Gupta S/o Sh. P.N. Gupta 5. Address: 84/20, Opp. DM Awas IDBI Bank, Bulandshahr 6. Booking date: 24.06.2011 7. Delivery dae: 27.07.11 8. Invoice No.[protected] 9. Dealer : M/s Mascot Motors, Aligahr 10 Dealer code: 3003790 After taking delivery, I observed that there were No Tilt adjustable power stering and no working speedometer, however, befor taking the delivery I was informed by the dealer that both the facilities were available with the Car. Later we have confirmed from other dealer that these facilities are being provided by the company and even it is mentioned in the booklet that these facilites are available. It was also mentioned in the advertisemtent of the compnay. I have contacted to the dealer on the above matter but dealer has made ill treatment to me and said that there is no provision of these items in this car. I have lodged a complaint No.1-[protected] on 28.07.2011, but no reply or action has been received to me in this regard. I request you to kindly look into the matter and direct the dealer to resolve the matter and provide these items to my car.
