Tata Landline — DEAD PHONE NOT REPLACED

I am a customer of TATA Tele services for the past 7 years having one landline, one mobile connection and a photon plus broadband connection. The landline number is[protected]. The instrument which was supplied by the company was frequently giving trouble and finally it last its breath in the month of November, 2012. Immediately it was handed over to the company’s Madurai office for providing a new instrument. It was informed by the staff that the replacement will be available within two days. Whenever contacted, the answer is the said model is not available. Not satisfying with the answer of the staff at Madurai, the same was taken to the knowledge of a person at Chennai Office and on his advise, I am accepted for changing of the phone model. Even then the staff at Madurai is not able to replace any model phone. I am paying the monthly bill amount even without making a single call or without using the phone for the past four months. I never expected such an attitude from TATAs. Please advise them and do the needful immediately.
