[Resolved]  Tata Landline — plan not activated

I e Narsingh rao bearing no[protected] I took land line 2 yrs back with nano plan but I do not use land line phone so much but bill were very high in amt so I called to 121 on 23.04.2014 as discussed by exe mr Deepak abt my usage he adviced me to activate 3 yrs zero rental plan for rs 1100 and add on pack rs -75 towards Tata to tata he gave me the request no[protected] my 3 yrs zero rental plan got activated but add on pack rs -75 Tata to Tata is not yet activated . When I have called to 121 now ur ex are telling that add on pack of tata to Tata is not applicable for three years zero rental .. If add on pack is not applicable then is pack is not at all use full to me sir I request you to look into the matter. My contact no-[protected].
