Dear sir,
i have purchased a indica mp20 ca 7182 which is under warranty.but we r facing lots of problem with shukh sagar motors jabalpur service center.we went this service center for many times but they r not gives proper response to me.i faced problem of telling arm and there nobody culd'nt recognised this problem in service center and my 3tyers has been dameged in 2000km.i complaint this problem to your whole offices and service center, callcenter but i got nathing response from your side so now i humbly reqesting to u that plz tell me what i have to do.plz do something as soon as possible.my contact no. is [protected]

Dear sir,
i have purchased a indica vista which is under warranty.but we r facing lots of problem with my sitapur dealer he cheated me of around Rs. 11000 he gave me resipt of car 3lacs 71 thousand and he taked Rs. 3 lacs 82 thousand and 640 .before buing the car he promissed me that that payment (3lacs 82 thousand and 640 ) includs the accesories like music system, center lock.
but we getnothing.
even break oil buster got damaged n the service staion told me give ur car 8 days. to shoet out that problum. i m losting 800 rs per day because of absence of the car.
please give me solution unless we are boud to go consumer fourem.

We wish to inform you that i MR.INDER RAJ owner of vehecal no MH.03-DJ-3644, i was facing d probleb of belt noice from long time i hav bought my car to ur wagle estate branch, thane n get the worked done related to the belt noice and other on dated[protected] and paid an ammont of rs. 5000 (approx) and was assured that futhur my problem will be solved n i wnt b facing the problem again but on the very second day i am again faceing with the same prombem, as an so i telephoned my service advisor MR.AMIT and discussed my problem with him as he asked me to get the car to thane wagle estate, the very same moment i reached d garadge dated[protected] by 11.30am approx, he attended my car n kept me waiting for one hr as after v went for an test drive were i could not listen the same voice but the moment i lft from the place and i reached mulund the same voice with more volume than before again started as i called our advisor again by 1.00.pm on the same date and was asked to get my car again .
i am TATA coustome from last 15years n geting my worked done from thane fortune motors, wagle estate, from past many years, as i had many more complaints with the service provided by fortune motors, thane. but bcoz of good n long relations i alys jst neglected my complaints. As your senior service advisor MR. SOHIL n others alys force me n other customer to fill the feed back form only with possitive remarks as we take an innitiative to give even single negetive remark related to quotations, rates, service etc they come on negociation on bill n bribe us by giving disscounts n asks us to change our view.
sir kindly look into my matter and get my work done, your earliest reply will be heighly appriciable.

i own a 909 tipper, the vehicle is under warrenty, every complait given on the vehcle i pay on cash and no work is done on warrrenty it sucks like hell, tata motors - tie wearing frouds

I have done the complete servicing from TATA Motors, Neemuch (M.P.) of my Indigo Car No.RJ-09CA-1222 on 13.10.2011, they have put the car for 2 days & taken Rs.30, 000/- against replacement of different parts of Gear Box & after servicing stiil oil leakage is there from the gearbox & not giving proper response to the customer .So you are are requested to please look in to this matter . Noise while pressing brake and accelerator

Query: These days i am getting a noise while using brake and accelerator. Can any one tell me about the cause and how can i rectify this. Is it related to brake wiring or else.
